ALDL_TEST Version 2.0.0 Download Files:
This utility is used to test that the TTS OBD I ALDL adapter is working correctly. The adapter is connected to a serial COM port only (NO PCM), and the test proceeds to check all combinations of handshake power and applicable baud rates up to 115K. If this test is successful, the adapter is working correctly.

Version 2.0.0 adds support for extended COM ports 1 through 8 to allow testing of USB adapters assigned to COMs above the usual COM4 limit

NOTE: ALDL_TEST does NOT test the cable from the adapter to the PCM; DataMaster must be installed and the "Test Com" command executed from the Data Acquisition screen to check the complete connection to a PCM.
